The Smeg CTP2035.1.1.MB.1 is a refrigerated pizza preparation counter for professional pizzerias, restaurants and catering operations, spanning 2035 mm in width and maintaining a working temperature range of +2 °C to +6 °C for safe ingredient storage during service. The MB worktop finish provides a durable, food-safe prep surface suited to high-volume dough work.
The unit accepts GN1/3, GN1/6 and GN1/9 containers in its refrigerated topping rail, keeping portioned ingredients organised, accessible and chilled directly at the pizza station. Running on a standard 230 V supply at just 0.35 kW, it delivers efficient refrigeration without heavy electrical load — a practical choice for kitchens where counter space and energy use both matter.
