Description

The Rational Cross and Stripe Grill Grate is a reversible 1/1 GN accessory for Rational combi ovens, designed to produce authentic grill marks without an open flame. One side delivers classic parallel grill stripes; flip it over for an American steakhouse diamond cross pattern — giving kitchen teams two distinct presentations from a single piece of kit.

Coated with Rational's TriLax® non-stick surface and rated to 300 °C, the grate requires no preheating and is capable of grilling up to 160 rump steaks in just 15 minutes, making it a practical choice for high-volume restaurants, hotel kitchens, and event catering operations. It fits directly into the Rational iCombi Classic, iCombi Pro, and iHexagon.
