The CroftMet PES712R is a professional tabletop electric stove for commercial kitchens, delivering 15.6 kW across six cast-iron burners at 400 V. Its modular countertop format integrates cleanly into existing kitchen lines, making it a practical choice for restaurants, hotel kitchens, catering operations and busy café lines that need high-output cooking without a full floor installation.
The PES712R ships with a right-hand under-stove storage cabinet included, keeping inventory and small equipment within arm's reach. For operations that prefer a different layout, the sibling model PES712S offers a left-hand cabinet configuration, while the base PES712 ships without a cabinet.
