The CroftMet PES704 is a floor-standing electric stove with an integrated undercounter cabinet, designed for professional kitchens in restaurants, cafés, hotels and catering operations. Running on 400 V and delivering 6.0 kW across two electric burners, it provides reliable, consistent heat output suited to high-demand service environments where precise temperature control matters.
The built-in undercounter cabinet adds practical on-station storage for cookware and inventory, keeping the cooking area organised without consuming additional floor space. As part of the CroftMet PES7xx series — which includes the PES704S, PES704R, PES708 and PES712 — the PES704 is a well-defined standalone model offering a compact two-burner footprint with the structural benefits of a freestanding unit.
