Description

An economical way to hold 350L of wine at cellar temperature: a black storage cabinet with a solid, reversible door that keeps light off the bottles. Inside, 6 adjustable wooden wine shelves cradle up to 118 bottles of 0.75 l. The wide +1 to +18°C range lets a restaurant, wine shop or bar set an exact keeping or serving temperature on the electronic thermostat, and a lock protects valuable stock.

Fan-assisted cooling holds the set point evenly through the 595 × 640 × 1840 mm cabinet, with automatic defrost. Running noise is 42 dB(A) and energy use 655 kWh per year. Because the door is solid rather than glass, it suits back-of-house wine storage rather than display.
