Description

The Maxima electric griddle has a grooved 40 x 60 cm plate built for intensive daily use, and it can be built into a cooking line and extended with a stainless steel support. Heat spreads evenly across the plate, and a stainless steel splash guard at the back and sides stops oil splatters. The temperature regulator is adjustable from 50 to 300 °C: switch the griddle on, grease the plate and wait for the set temperature before cooking.

Connection 230 V, 3 kW. External dimensions 400 x 600 x 240 mm, net weight 20 kg. A large drain hole and a removable 1 litre fat collection tray make the griddle easy to operate and to clean, and rubber feet keep it stable. The griddle is supplied without a plug.
