Maxima Combi Steam Oven, 5 x 1/1 GN Trays, Digital Display

The Maxima combi steam oven steams meat, fish or vegetables to retain vitamins, flavour and colour, and combines hot air and steam for a versatile range of cooking methods. It holds 5 x 1/1 GN or 5 x 60 x 40 cm trays with 7 cm between shelves. A water inlet with valve supplies the steam and a water outlet drains it, and an interior light shows progress during cooking.

The digital display and touch buttons run 99 preset programmes with three adjustable phases (steam, temperature, time), and custom programmes can be stored in memory. A fan with reverse function and double athermic glazing spread heat evenly; housing, door and chamber are stainless steel. Connection 400 V, 5.8 kW.
