The full AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel construction — interior, exterior, racks and handle alike — is built for daily commercial use. Rounded inner corners and forced-air indirect cooling keep products at even temperature throughout all 20 pairs of EN 60×40 tray slides, while intelligent automatic defrost reduces hands-on maintenance. The self-closing, reversible glass door with key lock gives staff quick visual stock checks without compromising cold-chain security.
