The Rational Chicken and Duck Superspike is an 8-bird poultry rack accessory designed for Rational iCombi Classic and iCombi Pro combi ovens with a 1/1 GN rack, built to roast whole chickens and ducks up to 1,300 g each in a single oven load. Its vertical loading orientation uses the chimney effect to circulate hot air evenly around each bird, delivering consistent browning and thorough cooking without manual repositioning.

All eight spikes and the rack body are finished with Rational's TriLax® non-stick coating, rated for continuous use up to 300 °C, making post-service cleaning significantly faster. This accessory suits high-volume rotisserie operations in restaurants, hotel kitchens, catering facilities, and anywhere poultry output per oven cycle is a priority.
