Description

A saucepan with a capsule base heats evenly for reductions, sauces and small-batch sides, without hot spots that catch and burn.

Made from chrome nickel steel 18/10 with a welded stay-cool handle and a pouring rim, it has a Ø180 mm base and a 2.5 L capacity. Works on induction, gas and electric, and is dishwasher safe.
