Description

A close-fitting lid holds in heat and moisture, so pots and pans reach temperature faster and simmer with less liquid lost to evaporation.

Made from chrome nickel steel 18/10 to match the Chefproof range, it has a Ø160 mm diameter. Works on induction, gas and electric, and is dishwasher safe.
