The CB P10/8 is a planetary rotisserie chicken grill for high-volume roasting, with a capacity of 48 birds across 8 spits and 9.5 kW of electric infrared heating. Its planetary gear drive rotates each spit around a central axis while simultaneously spinning the birds on their own axes, delivering consistent, even browning without manual intervention — ideal for rotisserie restaurants, supermarket delis, hotel kitchens and large catering operations.

Three-position infrared heating elements let operators adjust heat zones to suit load and bird size, while the front lift-up glass door and rear sideways sliding glass door provide full access from both sides for fast loading and unloading. Internal lighting keeps the cooking chamber visible at a glance, and a front pull-out drip drawer simplifies cleanup after service.
