The CB G-12P is a countertop gas chicken rotisserie for restaurants, rotisserie shops, supermarkets and catering operations, capable of roasting 12 birds simultaneously across three overlapping single spits. Infrared burners with a safety thermocouple valve deliver even, radiant heat, while natural air circulation keeps the unit straightforward to maintain without complex refrigeration or forced-air systems.

Each spit rotates independently, so the unit can be run partially loaded at reduced power — useful during quieter service periods without wasting gas. The vertical lift-up front glass door gives clear product visibility for display-style service and easy loading, and the demountable stainless steel bulkheads simplify end-of-day cleaning. The G-12P runs on methane (G20/G25) or LPG (G30), making it compatible with most commercial kitchen gas supplies.
