Description

The Sanelli Ambrogio Canal Knife V Shape (A5445 000) is a professional kitchen decorating utensil for carving clean V-profile channels into citrus fruits, vegetables, and garnishes. Made in Italy as part of Sanelli's Accessori line of professional kitchen and butchery tools, it meets EC Regulation 1935/2004 for food contact materials and is produced under ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22000:2018 certified conditions.

The V-shaped blade delivers precise, consistent cuts suited to garnish work in restaurant kitchens, hotel food preparation, and catering operations.
