Description

The Maxima cake decorating machine removes excess buttercream or icing from the sides and top of a cake as it turns on a 36.4 cm turntable, using adjustable vertical and horizontal blades set at right angles. Turntable speed adjusts from 40 to 225 rpm in 10 rpm steps and the tray rotates in both directions. It takes cakes from 12 to 32 cm in diameter and up to 18 cm high, and the control panel is waterproof. The housing is coated steel finished in white.

Connection 230 V, 120 W. External dimensions 500 x 370 x 620 mm, net weight 27 kg. Detachable parts are washed with warm water and mild detergent (no abrasive sponge) and dried before reassembly; wipe the housing with a cloth. The other colours of the same machine can be selected above.
