Description

The Roller Grill CB 20 is a professional bun warmer designed to keep up to 40 hot dog buns soft, warm and ready to serve — purpose-built for hot-dog concepts in stadiums, fast-food outlets, snack bars, hotels and high-volume catering operations. Drawing just 0.7 kW at 230 V / 50 Hz, it runs economically alongside your other counter equipment.

A built-in humidity control system lets you add water directly to the tray base, preventing buns from drying out during service. The removable GN 2/3 drawer is dishwasher-safe, making clean-down fast at the end of a shift. Constructed in stainless steel and manufactured in France, the CB 20 is sized to slide neatly beneath a Roller Grill sausage roller unit — integrating your hot-dog station into a single compact footprint without sacrificing counter space.
