Description
The Breville 3X Bluicer Pro (BJB815) is a blender-juicer combo for juice bars, hotel breakfast stations, and busy café counters, combining a 1.35 kW motor with a 1.478 L blending jug and an integrated centrifugal juicer — all on a single brushed stainless steel base. An 88.9 mm wide feed chute accepts whole fruit without pre-cutting, while Cold Spin technology keeps heat transfer below 1 °C during juicing to preserve colour and flavour.
The Kinetix® contoured blade and bowl system handles blending, juicing, or a combined blend-then-juice workflow without switching machines. Ten speed settings and five one-touch programmes give operators precise, repeatable results across smoothies, cold-pressed-style juices, and nut milks. The 3.0 L pulp bin and Italian-made stainless steel mesh filter are built for continuous service, and the unit is compatible with the Breville Vac Q vacuum pump (sold separately) for oxidation-reduced blending. A 2-year limited warranty is included.
