The Bravilor Bonamat Mondo Twin is a commercial filter coffee machine with two independent brewing systems, delivering up to 36 litres of fresh coffee per hour for high-volume hospitality environments. Each brewing cycle completes in just 5 minutes, keeping service continuous across busy breakfast sittings, hotel banqueting or café rushes. The machine requires no mains water connection, making placement flexible wherever a 400 V three-phase supply is available.

Four hotplates and four included decanters allow both brewing systems to run simultaneously while previously brewed batches stay warm — ideal for restaurants, hotels and catering operations that need a steady, uninterrupted coffee flow. Two stainless steel filter pans are included, and staff are kept informed by a coffee-ready acoustic and visual signal plus a red flashing descaling indicator to support consistent maintenance. The compact 404 × 406 × 446 mm footprint fits neatly on a counter without sacrificing throughput.
