Description

The Borloni Ice Cream Tandem is a batch freezer (mantecatore) from the Tandem series, designed for producing fresh gelato and ice cream in cafés, restaurants, and gelaterie. Running on a standard 230 V supply and drawing just 2 kW, it fits comfortably on a counter without demanding a dedicated electrical circuit.

Air-cooled and charged with R448A refrigerant, the Tandem is a practical choice for operators who need a self-contained unit without water connections. Its climate class C rating means it is rated for ambient conditions up to 25 °C — well suited to a typical kitchen or service environment.
