Description

The Adventys BGIC 3000 is a commercial countertop induction griddle (plancha) for professional kitchens, delivering 3.0 kW of induction power across a smooth 370 × 300 mm cooking surface with temperature control precise to ±1 °C. Made in France from AISI 304 stainless steel, it installs as a standalone countertop unit or semi-recessed into a worktop — suitable for restaurants, hotels, catering operations and live-cooking stations.

A capacitive touch glass panel gives chefs direct control over 12 temperature levels from 30 °C to 250 °C in 10 °C steps, plus three programmable presets for consistent, repeatable results during busy service. The unit reaches 200 °C in under five minutes, backed by two integral cooling fans per zone that protect electronics and keep the exterior safe to touch.

Designed for easy daily maintenance, the BGIC 3000 features a removable grease drawer and a washable air filter — both accessible without tools. Its compact footprint and single-phase 230 V connection make it straightforward to deploy wherever precision searing or griddling is needed.
