The Berner BWKTD7 is a tabletop induction wok cooker from the System 70 series, delivering 7 kW at 400 V through a semi-circular induction coil beneath a flush-mounted 300 mm Ceran glass cuvette. It is built for high-throughput wok cooking in professional restaurant kitchens, hotel operations, and live-cooking stations where rapid, controllable heat output is essential.
Power is dialled in across nine discrete levels via a rotary step control with digital display and fault indication — giving line cooks precise, repeatable results without guesswork. The single-piece housing with smooth, rounded surfaces simplifies end-of-service cleaning, and the included dishwasher-safe aluminium grease filter catches splatter without slowing down the wipe-down routine.
