The Berner BWKTD7 is a tabletop induction wok cooker from Berner's System 70 series, designed for professional front-cooking, live stations, and high-output à la carte kitchens. It delivers 5 kW of induction power through a semi-circular coil beneath a flush-mounted 300 mm ceran glass cuvette, bringing wok-level heat to a compact countertop footprint without an open flame.
Digital controls offer 9 selectable power levels for precise heat management across the full range of stir-fry, sauté, and sauce work. The one-piece housing with smooth, rounded surfaces simplifies end-of-service cleaning, and the included dishwasher-safe aluminium grease filter keeps ventilation clear during intensive use. Four height-adjustable, non-slip feet keep the unit stable on any counter surface.
Running on 400 V, the BWKTD7 suits hotel kitchens, restaurant show-cooking counters, and catering setups where speed, safety, and ease of cleaning are priorities.
