The Berner BI6KTDF30 is a tabletop flat-surface induction hob with six independently controlled zones and a total output of 30 kW, designed for high-throughput professional kitchens in restaurants, hotels and catering operations.
Its Flächenstarsystem technology uses two coils per zone, meaning the hob responds accurately to both large and small cookware without requiring precise pot placement — a practical advantage during busy service. With energy efficiency of up to 92%, it delivers sustained cooking power while keeping running costs in check.
Compact enough to sit on an existing countertop and wired for 400 V / 3N~, the BI6KTDF30 is a straightforward upgrade for kitchens that need serious induction capacity without a full built-in installation.
