The Berner BI6KTD30 is a tabletop six-burner induction hob from the Berner System 70 Kochsysteme platform, delivering a total output of 30 kW at 400 V / 3N~ — built for high-throughput professional kitchens in restaurants, hotels and catering operations that demand precise, rapid heat across multiple cooking zones simultaneously.
Each of the six cooking zones features a 260 mm round Punktstar pot coil, providing broad, even induction contact suited to a wide range of cookware formats. The countertop form factor integrates cleanly into existing kitchen lines without requiring floor-standing installation, giving operators flexibility when configuring or expanding a cooking suite. Induction generators are manufactured in Germany, reflecting the quality standard expected of the System 70 range.
