The Berner BI2KTD10 is a tabletop dual-zone professional induction hob delivering 10 kW total output — 5 kW per zone — designed for high-throughput kitchens in restaurants, hotels, and catering operations where precise, responsive heat control is essential.

Each of the two 260 mm induction coils is governed by a stepless power regulator with a digital display beneath the glass surface, giving chefs instant, accurate power adjustment without lifting their eyes from the pan. The integrated pan quality indicator (PQC) confirms cookware compatibility before cooking begins, reducing errors on a busy line. At 92% energy efficiency, the BI2KTD10 converts almost all input power directly into useful heat.

Built for flexible station layouts, the unit features a joinable connection system so multiple hobs can be aligned into a seamless cooking line, while the 20 mm rear upstand keeps the work surface protected. Running on 400 V / 3N~, it is a straightforward fit for standard commercial electrical installations.
