Description
The Beldos Beltop is a compact pneumatic piston depositor for benchtop use, capable of depositing precise volumes from 5 ml up to 275 ml (Beltop 275) or 670 ml (Beltop 670) at speeds of up to 120 deposits per minute. Powered entirely by compressed air at 7 bar — no electricity required — it fits neatly into any production line without dedicated electrical connections.
Built in stainless steel with height-adjustable feet and a choice of 18 or 25 L hoppers, the Beltop handles an exceptionally wide range of products: cake batter, muffins, jam, fruit fillings, mousse, meringue, ice cream, soups, sauces, mashed potatoes, minced meat — and can inject éclairs, Berliners and profiteroles as well as handle decorating tasks. It suits bakeries, pastry labs, catering operations, hotels and food production facilities looking for consistent, high-speed portioning without a large footprint.
