Description

The Beldos Mini-Fill Electric is a compact tabletop depositor and filling machine from Belgian manufacturer Beldos N.V., designed for depositing, injecting, layering and decorating liquid to semi-liquid products in bakeries, patisseries, catering kitchens and food production environments. Available in two motor variants — the 100 W model for soft and aerated products such as whipped cream, mousse and custard, and the more powerful 260 W model that also handles heavier fillings including Nutella, muffin batter, ice cream and salads — it delivers precise portions from as little as 3 ml up to 5,000 ml at speeds of up to 50 deposits per minute.

Control is handled through a colour touch screen with single, automatic and continuous operating modes, adjustable speed, waiting time and deposit count, plus a reverse function to prevent dripping. Up to 100 recipes can be stored, making it straightforward to switch between products on a busy service line. The detachable hopper unit is available in 3, 8 or 15 litre capacities and is built from food-approved synthetic material and stainless steel for easy cleaning and compliance.

Suited to pâtisserie shops, hotel banqueting teams, bakery production lines and catering commissaries, the Mini-Fill Electric runs on 110/220 V and supports eight menu languages, so it integrates cleanly into multilingual kitchen brigades.
