Description

The BBQ Narrow Boning Knife BD07016N from Ambrogio Sanelli has a 16 cm (6¼") narrow blade in Nitro-B stainless steel with a brown SEBS handle. The narrow profile is built for close, precise boning work at joints and small cuts.

The blade is Nitro-B nitrogen stainless steel with a semi-polished finish, and every piece receives a laser-controlled final sharpening for a long-lasting edge. The brown SEBS handle has an anti-slip grip with an antibacterial additive, and a smooth guard for better hygiene. Designed and made in Italy by Ambrogio Sanelli, professional knife makers since 1864.
