Description
The Vitrum Bar Module SL/BM-10 is a modular bar counter unit designed for professional bar stations, combining an insulated ice well, garnish storage and bottle organisation in a single 1000 mm wide footprint. Built for high-volume bar service in restaurants, hotels and cocktail bars, it keeps every essential within arm's reach of the bartender.
At the core is an insulated ice well with removable dividers, flanked by a dedicated compartment holding eight GN 1/9 garnish trays — enough variety to support a full cocktail menu without cluttering the counter. A front-mounted speed rack keeps working bottles accessible at a glance, while two neutral-temperature drawers beneath handle longer-term bottle storage. A sibling configuration, SL/BM-10.S, is available as a separate variant for different layout requirements.
