Description

The Autofry MTI-40E is a dual-basket fully enclosed ventless commercial deep fryer for restaurants, hotels, bars and catering operations that need high-volume frying without a traditional hood or exhaust system. Running on 12 kW at 230 V single-phase, its built-in filtration and fully enclosed design let you install it virtually anywhere on the floor — no ductwork required.

Simplifry™ Technology gives operators up to 18 programmable cooking presets with automatic cook-time compensation: a temperature probe monitors heat loss in the oil and adjusts fry time accordingly, so results stay consistent even during back-to-back loads of up to 3.6 kg per cycle. With a throughput of 27–54 kg/h and both baskets operable independently, the MTI-40E suits high-traffic kitchens where two products run simultaneously at different cook times.

Oil management is simplified by an integrated drain valve and the option to add a manual or automated oil filtration system (OFS), extending oil life and reducing operating costs — a practical consideration for any busy food-service or concessions environment.
