Description

The Autofry MTI-40C is a ventless fully enclosed automatic countertop deep fryer for restaurants, hotels, bars and food-service operations that lack a commercial exhaust hood. Its built-in exhaust system with baffle filter eliminates the need for external venting, while an integrated ANSUL® fire suppression system and a locking door keep operations safe and code-compliant — certified cULus, NSF and CE.

Two independent frypots, each holding 10.41 L of oil, let kitchen staff run different products simultaneously or on separate schedules. Simplifry™ Technology on the programmable keypad handles multiple pre-set menus, standby mode and heat/time compensation, so consistent results are repeatable without constant supervision. At full output, the MTI-40C can fry up to 45.4 kg of French fries per hour — solid throughput for a unit that sits on a countertop and draws a standard 208–240 V single-phase supply.

Built from 16-gauge stainless steel and weighing 136 kg, the MTI-40C is engineered for high-volume daily use in compact kitchens, ghost kitchens, hotel banqueting back-of-house and fast-casual concepts where hood installation is impractical or impossible.
