Automatic Hamburger & Meatball Machine, 1200/h, 15 L

The Aurea PH85 is an automatic hamburger and meatball forming machine for continuous high-volume production, capable of shaping up to 1,200 hamburgers or 2,400 meatballs per hour from a 15-litre stainless steel hopper — operated by a single person. It handles a product weight range of 60–240 g and adjustable thickness, making it a practical fit for burger restaurants, hotel kitchens, catering operations and food production facilities that need consistent output without dedicated staffing.

The machine is built from stainless steel throughout the motor housing, hopper and mixing group. Safety is handled by a thermally protected, fully isolated motor and magnetic safety sensors that operate in sequence. All food-contact parts meet international standards, and day-to-day cleaning is straightforward: the hopper, shaper blades and interchangeable disks are removable and dishwasher safe, while the motor casing wipes down with a low-pressure nozzle.
