Description
The Aurea PV/32 is a commercial universal vegetable peeler for professional kitchens, running on a single-phase 230 V supply at 1.28 kW. Designed for high-throughput prep work, it handles a full sequence of operations in one cycle — washing, centrifugating, brushing, scraping, and peeling — making it a practical all-in-one solution for restaurants, hotels, and catering operations.
The stainless steel free-standing body features a porthole for cycle monitoring, and the solenoid valve-controlled water inlet is managed by a mechanical timer with automatic cycle stop for consistent, hands-off results. Safety is well covered: the control box and electrical parts carry IPX5 water-ingress protection, the motor has built-in overheating protection, and two safety micro-switches plus a transparent cover microswitch prevent operation with the lid open. The machine is EC regulations compliant.
