Description
The Angelo Po 2G1PE1EV is a floor-standing electric cooking range with oven, designed for high-demand professional kitchens in restaurants, hotels and catering operations. Six cast-iron hotplates deliver a combined 19.2 kW of power across a 400 V / 50 Hz supply, with each plate rated at 3,000 W and sized at 300 × 300 mm for stable pan support across a broad range of cookware.
The integrated electric oven extends the range's versatility, allowing baking, roasting and finishing work without a separate appliance. A wide temperature range — from 50 °C up to 300 °C — gives chefs precise control over both delicate and high-heat preparations. The freestanding construction suits both new kitchen builds and equipment upgrades where flexibility in placement matters.
