Description
The Angelo Po 1G1PE2E is an electric boiling top from the Line 700 series, designed for high-output cooking in professional kitchens, restaurants, hotels and catering operations. Running on 400 V and delivering 15.6 kW of total power, it accommodates a full GN 2/1 container on its 650 × 530 mm worktop, making it well suited to large-batch saucing, blanching and stock preparation.
Mechanical controls allow straightforward temperature adjustment between 50 °C and 290 °C, giving brigade members precise, reliable heat management without complex interfaces. The resistance plate heating element and robust stainless steel construction are engineered for the continuous demands of busy professional kitchens.
