The Angelo Po 1G1PE2 is a floor-standing electric cooking range with four cast-iron plates, delivering 10.4 kW at 400 V for high-demand professional kitchens. The watertight, square cast-iron plates each carry a dedicated thermal protection device and are controlled via a 7-position switch, giving chefs precise, stepless heat management across all four zones.
Built from AISI 304 stainless steel throughout, with a heavy-duty 20/10 mm worktop, the range is designed to take the rigours of daily service in restaurants, hotels and catering operations. The integrated open stand beneath the unit provides accessible storage space and makes cleaning straightforward, while the robust construction keeps maintenance demands low over years of continuous use.
