The unit features a single solid cast-iron hotplate rated at 3000 W across a 300 × 300 mm cooking surface, providing steady, even heat suited to sauté pans, stockpots and sauce work.

Below the hotplate sits a fan-assisted electric oven reaching up to 290 °C, making this a compact two-function module ideal for restaurants, hotel kitchens and catering operations that need both direct-heat surface cooking and oven capacity within a single 700-series module. The ventilated oven ensures consistent temperature distribution for baking, roasting and finishing dishes simultaneously with surface cooking above.
