The Angelo Po 1G1FT7E is an electric smooth griddle (fry-top) from Angelo Po's 700-series modular line, delivering 10.2 kW across two independent heating zones for precise, even surface cooking. The smooth stainless steel cooking surface handles everything from searing proteins to finishing vegetables, making it a reliable workhorse for high-volume restaurants, hotel kitchens and catering operations.
Built floor-standing on a closed cabinet base, the 1G1FT7E integrates cleanly into a modular 700-series cooking suite. The AISI 304 stainless steel construction throughout ensures durability and easy cleaning in demanding professional environments. Running on 400 V, it fits standard commercial electrical installations without special adaptation.
