Electric Pasta Cooker, Single Well, 26 L, 9 kW

The Angelo Po 0G1CP1E is a single-well electric pasta cooker in the 700 line, delivering 9.0 kW through an immersion element into a 26-litre cooking well — built for high-volume pasta service in restaurants, hotel kitchens and catering operations.

The cooking well is continuously welded to the top plate and pressed from 15/10 mm AISI 316L stainless steel with large rounded edges, making it straightforward to clean and resistant to the corrosive effects of salted boiling water. A front overspill and starch removal area with a perforated drainage shelf keeps the work surface clear during busy service, while the ball-valve drain with an easy-access lever speeds up well changes between batches. Water fill and top-up taps are controlled directly from the control panel, with the spout positioned over the overspill area for convenience.

Italian-made and sized for 1/1 GN compatibility, the 0G1CP1E integrates cleanly into any 700-series line-up. Optional baskets in AISI 316L micro-stretched mesh — including half, full and corner sizes — are available to match the well to specific pasta formats and batch sizes.
