The Angelo Po 1G1BR3E is an electric tilting braising pan designed for high-volume cooking in professional kitchens, delivering 10 kW of power across a temperature range of 60 °C to 300 °C. The cooking well and structure are built from AISI 304 stainless steel, with an AISI 430 stainless steel bottom for efficient, even heat transfer — built to withstand the daily demands of restaurant, hotel, and catering operations.
Manual well tilting makes emptying and cleaning straightforward during busy service, while the integrated safety thermostat protects both product and equipment from overheating. Running on 400 V, the 1G1BR3E fits standard commercial kitchen electrical infrastructure and suits operators who need reliable, consistent braising, searing, and stewing capacity in a single unit.
