Description
The Angelo Po 1G1BR1G is a gas bratt pan with manual tilting from the Gamma 700 series, designed for high-volume braising, sautéing, stewing and sauce work in professional restaurant, hotel and catering kitchens. Running at 12 kW across a 23.5 dm² polished stainless steel cooking surface, it delivers a specific output of 510 W/dm² — enough intensity for rapid searing as well as sustained low-heat cooking.
The well is built from 18/10 stainless steel (AISI 304 equivalent) at 20/10 mm thickness, with a 10 mm AISI 430 radiant base that distributes heat evenly across the full surface. Precise temperature control comes via a power modulator linked to a double-threshold thermal sensor fitted directly in the well base, while the multiple self-stabilising flame burner maintains consistent output even under load. The spring-loaded lid and front-mounted handwheel tilting mechanism keep operation straightforward during busy service.
A purpose-shaped drain spout allows clean product drainage without overflow — a practical detail for high-turnover operations. With a 54 L total capacity and a recommended working volume of 40 L, the 1G1BR1G suits central production kitchens, large restaurant brigades and hotel banqueting operations where a reliable, durable bratt pan earns its place every service.
