Description
The Dupont ALULINE 6040 Grey is a painted aluminium presentation tray for pastry and chocolate cabinets, sized at a GN 1/1-compatible 600 × 400 mm footprint with a 10 mm raised edge. Rated from -20 °C to 80 °C, it moves seamlessly from cold display and refrigerated showcases to light warm-holding without warping or discolouring.
The grey-coated surface is bump- and scratch-resistant, keeping displays looking clean through heavy daily rotation — a practical choice for patisseries, hotel breakfast counters, chocolate boutiques and café display cases. Available alongside Black, White and Gold variants, the ALULINE range lets operators coordinate tray colour with their cabinet interior for a consistent, professional presentation.
