GN 2/1 Upright Fridge, Glass Doors, 1300 L, -2/+8°C

The Alpfrigo CM 1400 X1 is a GN 2/1 upright refrigerating cabinet with two glass doors, offering 1,300 L of usable capacity across a working temperature range of −2 °C to +8 °C — purpose-built for high-volume kitchens in restaurants, hotels, catering operations and large cafés that need full visibility of stored product without opening the cabinet.

Built in Slovenia from AISI 304 stainless steel throughout, the CM 1400 X1 features 70 mm CFC-free polyurethane insulation and a fan-assisted monoblock cooling unit running on the low-GWP refrigerant R452a, keeping performance stable up to +43 °C ambient. The electronic controller on the front panel allows selectable low or high humidity modes, making it equally suited to dairy, prepared dishes or produce. The GN 2/1-compatible interior also accommodates EN 1 and EN 2 bakery trays with the optional confectionery set.

Day-to-day service is straightforward: the monoblock cooling unit is fully removable and replaceable without specialist tools, all interior fittings lift out tool-free, and the rounded-corner, deep-traction interior floor is pressure-cleaner compatible — minimising downtime in busy operations.
