Description

The Adventys BGIC 3600 is a professional countertop induction griddle for restaurants, hotels, catering operations and live-cooking stations, delivering 3.6 kW on a single 230 V, 16 A connection. Its multi-layer induction plate heats across a 370 × 300 mm smooth cooking surface with 12 selectable temperature levels, giving chefs precise, repeatable control over a wide range of preparations.

A capacitive glass touch panel with 4-digit display handles day-to-day operation cleanly, with three programmable presets (P1, P2, P3) that let busy kitchen teams lock in their most-used temperatures and switch between them instantly. Two integral cooling fans keep the unit running safely during long service periods, and a removable grease drawer simplifies end-of-shift cleaning. The housing and exterior are fabricated from AISI 304 stainless steel, built to French standards and fully compliant with European safety, EMC and RoHS directives.

At 17.8 kg and 526 mm wide, the BGIC 3600 sits comfortably on any prep counter or expo line and ships with a power cord, washable air filter and spatula, ready for immediate use.
