Sanelli Ambrogio manufactures this corer under ISO 22000 food safety management standards, and the tool complies with EC Regulation No. 1935/2004 for food contact materials — making it a reliable choice for operations where hygiene compliance is non-negotiable. For larger fruit or a wider core, a sister model with a 90 mm tube and 20 mm diameter (SKU 5495.020) is also available.
