The Kromet 900.PE-05Ex is an 80-litre electric tilting bratt pan designed for high-volume cooking in professional kitchens, restaurants, hotels, and catering operations. Twelve 1,000 W heating elements deliver 12 kW across a 0.5 m² stainless steel bowl, with a working temperature range of 50–275 °C to handle everything from gentle braising to searing.

Emptying is fast and safe thanks to the automatic electric tilt, operated directly from the control panel — no manual cranking. The KR-S6 electronic controller provides precise temperature management with a built-in timer and overheating protection, while a safety shutdown guards against malfunction. The hinged lid, adjustable feet, and all-stainless construction make it easy to clean and level on any kitchen floor.
