The Robot Coupe French Fry Kit (part 28159W) is a two-disc stainless steel accessory set for Robot Coupe continuous-feed vegetable processors, producing uniform 8 × 16 mm batons at up to 20 kg in four minutes. The kit pairs an 8 mm grid disc with a 16 mm slicing disc, both precision-sharpened and dishwasher safe for fast, hygienic turnaround in busy kitchens.
Compatible with the CL 50, CL 50 Ultra, CL 50 Gourmet, CL 52, CL 55, CL 60, R 502, R 502 V.V., R 752 and R 752 V.V., this kit suits high-volume restaurants, hotel kitchens, catering operations and chip shops that need consistent fry cuts without manual prep. An optional EasyLoader (ref. 49326) is available for CL 50, CL 50 Ultra, R 502 and R 502 V.V. models to further accelerate loading.
