The Lacor 16 cm Glass Lid is a tempered glass pan lid with a built-in steam vent, designed for use with saucepans, pots, and frying pans across all cookware types. The high-temperature-resistant glass body is rimmed in 18/10 stainless steel for durability, making it a reliable everyday addition to any professional kitchen.
The steam vent controls excess pressure, preventing the lid from lifting and eliminating fogging — so cooks can monitor food through the transparent glass without lifting the lid and losing heat. Dishwasher safe for fast turnaround during busy service.
