Description
The Kromet 700.PTG-03 is a tilting gas bratt pan for high-volume professional kitchens, delivering 10 kW of gas-fired heat across a 50-litre stainless steel bowl with a 0.30 m² cooking surface. Temperature is continuously adjustable from 50 °C up to 275 °C via a stepless control knob, making it equally capable of gentle simmering and hard searing — with a documented throughput of up to 150–180 cutlets per hour.
Safety and control are built in throughout: a thermostat overheat guard, an automatic gas shut-off on flame failure or pressure drop, and a tilt safety lock prevent accidents during busy service, while the manual worm-gear tilt mechanism and built-in water spout with valve knob speed up emptying and cleaning. The unit stands on four adjustable legs and integrates cleanly into any Kromet Line 700 suite. It meets PN-EN 203-1 and PN-EN 203-2-8 standards and carries a 24-month warranty when registered within 30 days of purchase.
The 700.PTG-03 suits restaurants, hotel kitchens, canteens and catering operations that need a reliable, high-capacity gas bratt pan for daily braising, frying and batch cooking.
