Description
The Kromet 700.BEK-80AN is an 80-litre electric indirect boiling pan designed for high-volume stock, sauce and soup production in professional kitchens, central production facilities and catering operations. Heating is delivered through a water-jacket (double-wall steam) system driven by a 12.5 kW electric element at 400 V, ensuring gentle, even heat distribution that protects delicate preparations from scorching.
The AN suffix denotes automatic filling of the inter-jacket water space, eliminating the need for manual monitoring and reducing the risk of dry-running. The inner tank bottom is finished in polished AISI 316L stainless steel for superior corrosion resistance, while the outer body is constructed from AISI 304 acid-resistant stainless steel. A safety valve and pressure gauge are fitted as standard, providing the operational oversight required in demanding commercial environments.
The 700.BEK-80AN is a practical choice for restaurants, hotel kitchens, large-scale catering operations and institutional food production where consistent output and low-maintenance operation are priorities.
